BOOKING CONDITIONS
- A deposit of 25% of the full booking charge is required at time of booking.
- In the event of cancellation up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the full amount of the deposit paid will be returned.
- Should the booking be cancelled within 30 days of the date of arrival, the deposit will be retained in full.
- Should you leave the house earlier than the date agreed, then you will be liable to pay 40% of the services that you would have used.
